The food is fresh and innovative embracing elements of European, Mediterranean, Asian and Australasian cuisines while capturing the essence of the South Pacific. We have sourced the best local and imported products and matched these with wines predominantly from Australia and New Zealand to provide a unique dining experience.
As with the food, the décor is unashamedly modern and eclectic with a casually sophisticated ambiance. The designer architects, Carroll and Carroll from Sydney Australia sought to create a relaxed but sophisticated environment combining slick tiled walls, polished timber and “weathered” floorboards. Our recent renovation has maintained many elemnets and drawn a new colour scheme from the coral reffs sourrounding the Islands.
The restaurant (and kitchen) are fully air conditioned and fully licensed. Come and enjoy Samoa’s finest casual dining experience with excellent food, exceptional wines and superior service.
